1. What this service is

StayDenied is an independent documentation and resolution-support platform for lodging reservations. It is not a law firm, a consumer agency, an insurer, or a dispute-resolution authority, and it does not provide legal advice.

2. Accuracy obligations

You may submit only first-hand accounts you believe to be true and evidence you have the right to share.

Do not submit falsified documents, content belonging to someone else, or material that identifies uninvolved individuals.

Knowingly false submissions may be removed and the account suspended.

3. Verification states

A verification state expresses confidence in the evidence attached to a report. It is not a finding of fact, a legal determination, or an allegation of wrongdoing against any named business.

4. Publication

Reports are private by default. Public visibility requires your consent and reviewer approval, and public entries exclude personal details, confirmation numbers, payment information and uploaded evidence.

5. Owners and operators

Property owners and operators may submit corrections, report legacy or incorrect listings, and contest records. Contested records are marked as disputed and the response is recorded alongside the original.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to harass any person or business, to scrape or bulk-extract records, to submit automated content, or to attempt access to evidence you do not own.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for outcomes of any dispute between you and a property, brand or booking channel.

8. Changes

These terms may change as the platform develops. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated policy version recorded against consents.
